So how does it work?

We run a fully equipped, private gym with everything you need. Including cable machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, but the real difference is how we use it.
The core of our program is semi-private personal training. You’ll work through your own personalised plan under the watchful eye of your coach, focused on building strength, balance, mobility, power, and stability. All the the things that matter as you age.
To complement this, we offer indoor cycling and circuit training sessions. These are designed to target your cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health, and muscular endurance, so there are no weak links in your fitness chain.
We believe in the minimum effective dose of each training type, one properly, consistently, and tailored to you. That’s how you get strong, stay mobile, and feel good for life.

Do you offer nutrition coaching or guidance?

Yes, we provide guidance around food diaries, macro targets, and nutrition habits that support your training and accountability.
However, we always stay within our scope of practice and respect the role of qualified dietitians and nutritionists. If you need help with specific meal plans or managing a health condition, we’ll refer you to a trusted allied professional.

What type of training do you do?

We offer semi-private personal training, where you get a personalised program focused on strength, balance, mobility, and power in a small group setting. These are complemented by circuit and cycle classes designed to build cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and full-body strength—all backed by science to keep you moving well for life.

How many people are in a session?

Our semi-private personal training sessions are capped at 6 clients per coach, but they’re rarely full. Most sessions have just 2–3 people. You’ll work through your own personalised program, with your coach by your side the entire time. They will be adjusting your technique, guiding your progress, and keeping every session safe and effective.

Will I always have the same coach?

Yes, you’ll have a dedicated coach who gets to know your body, your goals, your injuries, and your training history. They handle all your programming and are your go-to for communication.
If you’d ever wish to change coaches, we’re happy to make that happen.
That said, we work as a team. Every coach is across your plan and we regularly collaborate on program design and client care. You’ll never feel like you’re starting from scratch or being passed around.

Do you have an app?

Yes, every member gets access to our private app. It’s where you’ll find your personalised program (so you can train while travelling), over 100 on-demand cycling sessions, and a schedule to manage your bookings and session swaps.
We also use the app to run a private community groups for deep dives on key topics like menopause, supplements, and bone density. It’s your coaching hubeverything in one place, wherever you are.

What session times are available?

Sessions start as early as 5 AM and go until 7 PM, with an average of 8 sessions per day. Plus Saturday mornings.

Can I swap, move, or cancel sessions?

Yes, absolutely—with no penalties. Life happens, and we make it easy to stay on track.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. We operate on rolling 28-day commitments, not long-term lock-ins. If you ever want to end your membership, all we ask is 28 days’ notice. Simple, respectful, and transparent.
You stay because it works, not because you're stuck.

Can I put my membership on hold when I travel?

Of course! You can take the TLC app with you to train anywhere in the world—or just relax and enjoy your holiday 😉.

Are there showers and toilets available?

Yes! We have both, so you can train and get on with your day feeling fresh.

Where can I park?

You get 2 hours free parking in the Woolworths car park on Yeo street right next door. Easy and stress-free.

Can you help with injury rehab or medical conditions?

Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us post-physio, post-op, or managing long-term conditions like osteopenia, arthritis, or lower back issues.We also collaborate directly with physios and GPs when needed to ensure your program is safe, effective, and tailored to your situation.

If I haven’t trained in years, will I be able to keep up?

100%! Our programs are tailored to your current fitness level, so whether you’re starting fresh or getting back into it, we’ll meet you where you are and build from there.

Can I join if I’m under 40 or over 70?

Absolutely! Our youngest client is 23, training with her mum, and our oldest is 81.
